How can we help?
Email us any time — a real person reads it. We aim to reply within a couple of business days.
Common questions
Is my video private?
Yes. Your clips are analyzed entirely on your iPhone. There is no upload and no account — your video, your body-pose data, and your logbook never leave your device and are never sent to us. See our Privacy Policy.
Do I need an account?
No. Veraclimb works with no sign-up and no login. Everything is stored locally on your device.
How does the movement analysis work — and how reliable is it?
Veraclimb uses Apple's Vision framework to estimate your body pose, then plain geometry to turn that into measured numbers (like a smoothness value). It's computer vision and math, not an AI chatbot and not an opaque score. Pose estimation from video is an approximation that can be imperfect, so we always show you the skeleton, the number, and the frame to check against — and when the read is too uncertain, we show no cue rather than guess.
What's free, and what's Pro?
The core is free forever: unlimited on-device analysis, the movement mirror, full logging, the grade pyramid, and watermarked sharing — no caps, no account. Pro adds the Coach (the Limiter Report), clean high-resolution exports, deeper trends, and optional iCloud sync.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel any time at Apple ID → Subscriptions. The one-time purchase unlocks Pro for the life of the app and is not a subscription.
How do I get my data out?
You can export your logbook as a CSV file from within the app — your data is yours.
What devices are supported?
Veraclimb runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. For the most reliable analysis, film side-on with your full body in frame, the camera at about chalk-bag height, held steady.
Is Veraclimb medical or coaching advice?
No. Veraclimb shows measured movement data for general fitness and educational purposes only. It is not medical, physical-therapy, or professional coaching advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Climbing carries inherent risk — see our Terms.
